First steps

On the very start of this exciting journey, I want to say a huge thank you to my family, who always supported me, no matter how unrealistic my visions seemed.

I will miss them and a whole bunch of other people as well. Isn’t it funny how we can miss things even when they are still there? I am looking forward to the wise lessons this experiment and the whole travel will bring me, sooner than I can even imagine.

Not having a plan but knowing the direction is exactly my kind of taste. With a filled heart, an adventure seeking mind, and a bunch of musical instruments in my backpack, I am going to start the journey in August.

A big step and an even bigger airplane flight ahead of me. Brazil, Rio de Janeiro, is the first destination. Together with my dearest friend Anna from Baila Florecita, we will start a musical journey for two weeks. After that, she will return home, and I will stay.

I have two valuable quotes from the book The Alchemist (which you really should read if you have not yet). They are reminders I carry with me daily now that the travel is coming closer. By sharing them, I hope we can remind ourselves of the things we so often forget in the busy times of our days. Feel free to share your wise words with me anytime.
